MEREDITH RENSHAW, RD, LDN

Hi, I’m Meredith!I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in healing disordered and broken relationships with food and I’m SO glad you’re here. I care so deeply about the rapport and connections made with my clients throughout their recovery and health journey. Did you know that the relationship between the clinician and client is the strongest indicator of treatment success? This work is vulnerable and hard, so ensuring my clients feel seen, known, supported and encouraged is my greatest priority. My biggest goal for my clients is for them to no longer need me, but until then - I’ll be your #1 supporter and teammate.

Before I began my work in private practice, I had the privilege of serving as the Vanderbilt University campus dietitian where I served the undergraduate students through 1:1 counseling beginning back in 2017. College is such a unique and incredible experience, but can also be so challenging in the way of developing and forming relationships with food and body image. I really value holding space for how much pressure and change there is in the early days of college and how much this experience can impact the many years following college. This experience has deeply shaped the work I now do in private practice with adolescent and young adult clients.

CHRISTINE WARRICK , MS, RD, LDN

Hello, I’m Christine! I began my professional journey at Purdue University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Fitness and Health. As a college athlete and volunteer with Purdue’s sports dietitians, I gained firsthand insight into the role nutrition plays in performance and recovery, both on and off the field. After graduation, I returned home to Nashville to complete my Dietetic Internship at Lipscomb University with a concentration in Health Promotion and Wellness, followed by my Master of Science in Nutrition.

My professional background spans inpatient clinical nutrition in acute care and ICU settings to outpatient nutrition counseling, with the majority of my career spent supporting clients with disordered eating and eating disorders. I’m also a REDs-informed provider, with specialized training in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), which can occur when the body is not getting enough energy to support both daily needs and physical activity. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and am particularly passionate about helping active people fuel their bodies for performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

With more nutrition information at our fingertips than ever before, it can be difficult to know what’s actually helpful, what’s misinformation, and what’s right for you. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, helping clients cut through the noise and feel confident in their nutrition choices.

Outside of work, you can find me playing frisbee with my Weimaraner, playing pickleball with friends, watching reality TV, or checking out the latest coffee shop.
